constellation #04

constellation #04

This time, rin art association will be holding Constellation #04.

Constellation is an attempt to create a constellation by arranging artworks in space as stars, finding their affinities and relationships, and connecting the stars with lines. By taking advantage of the characteristics of the gallery space on three floors, a concrete constellation is formed.

This fourth exhibition, like the previous ones, is a collection exhibition by gallery owner Harada Takato.

The world is made up of complex structures, and today it has become extremely intricate with the diversification of various things.

And everything in the human consciousness is categorized by words.

The theme of the exhibition is "boundary." The artworks suggest the boundaries of various worlds. The works of 23 international artists express the infinite diversity of the universe in the space, while examining the boundaries drawn by various terms such as national borders, art and products, high culture and low culture, the everyday and the extraordinary, presence and pre-representation.

Different things that suggest boundaries can be connected by finding their commonalities . By finding differences, a richer world is created, and it is not impossible to bring different things together.

I hope you can transform boundaries into valid connections and discover your own constellations.
